Key Job Functions
Recruit and develop professional team members and provide excellent customer service, marketing, visual presentation, inventory, administration, security compliance and control operating costs within objective;
Motivates employees to achieve company goals and surpass their personal sales goals;
Ensures that all employees comply with company culture, policies, practices and procedures.
Ensures that qualified professional supporting team members are hired;
Ensures store operates within its predetermined budget i.e. sales, inventory, expenses, etc.
Establishes weekly sales objectives for all team members and ensures objectives are achieved;
Ensures that all personnel objectives are achieved according to company policies and procedures;
Adheres to and enforces loss prevention policies, i.e. credit cards, discounts, employee purchases, deposit logs, return and exchange policies;
Ensures that all merchandise is properly ticketed and displayed by appointing employee/s responsible for the presentation and Visual Merchandising reporting in store;
Ensures stockroom is neat and well organized, merchandise is received or transferred properly and controls damages according to company policies;
Communicates stock replenishment needs to the appropriate department;
Implements all company training programs effectively in order to train and develop team members;
Evaluate and succession plan annual appraisals with team members;
Performs other duties as assigned by the Owner/s;
Enforces and complies with all company and store culture, policies, practices and procedures.
Key Requirements
College or University degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience;
2-3 years in Retail Management and selling experience;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate people in order to achieve sales objectives;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong proficiency with operating programs primarily MS Office, Excel, Power Point;
High organizational and planning skills with the ability to adapt quickly to implement strategic change;
Strong commitment to customer service;
Flexible schedule and retail hours;
Open to adjust according to company’s needs.
