In 2015, Spanish shoe brand Camper launched Camperlab, a diffusion line that produces its most progressive styles and colourways, currently under the creative direction of Achilles Ion Gabriel.

An “ugly-beautiful” range of footwear and ready-to-wear reflects the brilliant and natural structures of Spain’s Balearic Islands. The silhouettes are consistently unexpected; re-invigorating formal footwear like the loafer or lace-up with blocky rugged soles and fantastical colourways. Sneakers, ankle boots, and other youthful styles receive the same bold treatment.

Ready-To-Wear follows suit in matching vibrance, designed with trompe l'oeil detailing, clashing textures, and contemporary form that pairs oddly well with the brand’s unorthodox footwear.
